Description: Here is a rear seat removed from a 1971 Chevelle. This still has the original "Antique Dark Jade" cover with a super clean metal frame. The cover has no rips, tears or splits. Its not perfect, but its in amazing survivor shape for being 53 years old. Note that there is no vinyl protectant on it - I only gave it a light cleaning with soap and water. If your car came with this color green interior, the code listed on your trim tag for trim color will be either 731 (bench) or 732 (buckets). The frame is also in remarkable shape. Its about as clean a frame as you are going to find in a rear seat. This has been stored indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Will fit other 70-72 GM A-body models such as Chevelle, GTO, Lemans, Skylark, GS, Cutlass and 442 that have the large full arm rests that extend down to the floor. Note that since this is a 71 seat frame, the seat bottom does not have cutouts at the rear corners for clearance for the lap belt retractors. So if you have a 72 A-body with rear retractors, this seat will not work in your car. Dimensions are approx. 52.5 inches wide at the bottom front edge of the seat bottom.
