Description: Fantastic Mixed Lot of Heller dishes aka "Hellerware". These were designed by Lella and Massimo Vignelli, though originally only credited to the later as marked on the base. Named Iconic Design earlier this year by Better Homes & Garden Magazine. Set includes 2 dinner plates, 1 salad plate, 2 soup bowls and 2 mugs. These are made with a hard plastic known as Melamine. Dishwasher safe but not for use in microwaves or warming drawers. When serving hot food items, especially soups and beverages, they should not exceed 180°F. In very good vintage condition with some light signs of wear and age including a mark on one of the mug handles as shown and varies marks on the bases.
