Condition overall is very good for seemingly original condition. If desired, the upholstery could either be used exactly as/is or reupholstered. There is some slight separation from the foam, though nothing major. See photos. The chair measures 32 inches tall by 19 inches wide and 19 inches deep. The price listed is for one chair.
