Description: This item was purchased by me in Southern California back in the 1970's. A local couple had a business that sold unique hand painted pottery necklaces.I bought this one and it has been stored for all these years just waiting for the right owner who will appreciate the history and uniqueness of the piece. It comes with the business card and a typed print all about the style and age of the pottery. The business name is Ancient Indian Potsherd Necklaces by Evelyn and Bill Bennett in California. It states more details on the back of the business card relating to this item. This is a one-of-a-kind necklace. You will never find another one the same. The potsherd is Anasazi (800-1200 AD) from Cherry Creek Site in Arizona. The pendant is part of an Indian pottery piece and it is hanging on cording with bone beads. The length of the cord is about 18" but a bit adjustable. It is hand painted front and back. The front is a lovely picture of an indian maiden working food in a bowl and a teepee in the background. The pendant is about 1/8" thick. It is about 1 3/4" diameter. Not only is this item unique but it is a piece of history. Add it to your collection. Ask Questions before you bid. Ships USPS first class, signature may be required. Thanks for shopping here PLEASE NOTE: IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE, I WILL REFUND THE PRICE PLUS RETURN FEES.
