Description: Ludwig double concert tom clip lok stand top. i believe this to be 70-80's vintage.. This is just for the top pipe with double clip and bumper. Basically the top part of a floor stand. Does not include the floor base. This can also be used as it is for the top of the base drum to mount concert toms. In very good usable condition. Does have some light scratches and small signs of use. has some light chrome blemishes up by the tilt adjuster.. These are unmarked but are ludwig.
