In Springfield, Illinois, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Richardson appear at home following receipt of a letter from the U.S. Army which said the Vietnam veteran owes the government $1,167 for overpayment of military pay, the result of a government error. Richardson lost both legs to combat injuries, and is employed at a Springfield electric firm. The Richardsons have two children.
