Description: Starter/transmission linkage splash shield for 1970 E-Body vehicles. Comes with 9 staples and a drill bit for installation. Original factory assembly line manual shows 9 staples to be used but we have seen anywhere from 5 to 7 actually used. A drill bit is included to drill through the original holes from the back side of the metal plate this shield is attached to. Same material as OEM. Correct .250 black masticated rubber. Not thin material like others sell. 4-Speed models did not have these.
