Description: Up for sale, a 1969 Fender Telecaster in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a vintage hardshell case. This Telecaster is a well-kept vintage example with a deeply ambered Olympic White gloss finish, 100% original save for new finish on the neck profile and fingerboard, a professional refret and a carved bone nut. The traditional '50s Fender tonewood recipe includes an ash body and a chunky U-shaped one-piece maple neck, ensuring plenty of glassy treble cut, punchy midrange detail, and full low end. The original single coil pair retains its stock windings, offering a distinct, vital sound in each position on the three-way pickup selector. The staggered alnico pole pieces and brass baseplate on the bridge pickup ensure plenty of chewy twang and authoritative snap, while the neck pickup has a silky rhythmic cut and bell-like sparkle. The neck profile and fingerboard have been refinished, with original finish retained on the peghead. There is some shallow wear on the profile behind frets 1-3 that has no impact on playability. An era-correct black tolex Fender hardshell case is included and notably clean. The case features functional latches, the original handle, and a raised Fender logo on the exterior.
