Plate is STRAIGHT and lies FLAT, with almost no rust, no tears to metal, no extra holes, and no other defects. Paint is STRONG and SOLID, with SUPERB gloss. Very minor scuffs and paint chips, consistent with light use. Black permanent marker scribbled on reverse at some point. Tag can easily be remounted on vintage vehicle, wall, or other flat surface.
