They recorded early Ramones and amp was used on some recordings. I had an opportunity at the time to buy a red P bass owned by Dede Ramone. The bass had a sealent on the pick guard that Dede put there because he would sweat on stage and his sweat would go in the pick up cavity. Also the necks wood had a raised grain like wood gets when it gets wet. Dede owed the studio money so gave him the bass. The amp was also used as a prop in the HBO series Vinyl.
