I asked the auctioneer if they were original and he believed they were. (Take that for what it is worth)From perusing some Corvette online forums I did read that original heat shields from GM were a dark gray and that light gray shields were for service or over the counter partsI have a buddy who owns a detail shop and he cleaned this up for me. They aren't perfect but they are much cleaner than when I bought them after they had been setting for awhileI have pictured both the highlights and lowlights of these coversI have pointed out issues with the painters tape and the arrows. Others listed don't go to these lengths to present the condition as well as possible.
