Description: Vintage Bischoff Art Glass Kingstown 12" Pitcher Burnt Amber Green Hue Husted, as pictured. Designed by the great Wayne Husted while employed by Blenko but moonlighting for Bischoff. Made in 1963 for the 1964 catalog, Bischoff's final year of production. These rare amber to green pieces are an easily identified one year mystery that they never figured out, as the amber was supposed to fade to clear, as you see with the later Husted designs used in the Indiana Glass Greenwich Flint Craft burnt honey amber pieces. No cracks, chips or repairs. Exhibits typical flaws associated with handblown glass production: bubbles, etc. Has some water residue in the bottom that I have not attempted to remove. See photos. Ships same or next day at no cost to you. Thanks for looking.
