We do more than just box up and send out for cad platting: first all units are degreased, media blasted to remove any rust, then all threads are chased, any knicks or damage is filed smooth and lightly machined, then we wet-blast/vapor hone to insure a clean bright end finish. We searched for a long time to find the "right" platter. The one we use, also does Government contracts for the aero-space industry and educated us to the fact that the factory hardened the threads originally, so they do that process for our adapters-it costs more, but we felt it was worth it. I do not think any other shop is doing this. These are OEM original hub adapter that have been restored to the highest level. Many of our restored adapters have been presented at National level Judging i.e., NCRS, Bloomington Gold with excellent results. We use real Cadmium and can have them done in either Silver or Gold; both were used by GM from the factory. Exchange: you send me your OEM similar adapters (2LH & 2RH) along with a check for payment and I send you the restored set. Core value for immediate shipping is $700.
