The medal in this listing is #2684 and is numbered on the edge of the medal, display card, envelope on card and outer envelope - all numbers match. Medal as stated on the brochure is .999 fine silver, proof finish and is still sealed in the original plastic envelope. Envelopes and cards show some aging/storage wear and the medal shows some expected natural patina, but all in Excellent overall condition for use and age.
