Description: This is an original NOS 1962 1963 1964 Ford Galaxie XL Brake Pedal. This brake pedal(for cars with manual transmission) is new old stock Genuine Fomoco, never installed on a car. It was found in the attic of an old Ford dealership over 35 years ago. This original brake pedal is out of package, but is clean with shiney stainless trim. Examined closely, a few slight shelf wear blemishes and minor scuff marks are present. Also note, lower LH corner of stainless trim has a small split(see close-up pics) probably from when metal part was stamped, but pedal will still look nice on car. Fomoco part number present on back side of pedal is C2AZ-2454-A. As stated, this is the deluxe style brake pedal(with stainless trim) correct for '62, '63, and '64 Galaxie XL models. Also correct for some full-size Mercury cars of the same era. Overall width of pedal(measured across top) is approx. 3 1/8in, and overall height is approx. 2 1/4in.
