The binding is attached. There's some light wear and tear to the covers including some wrinkle lines. There are a few dog ears/fold marks. No writing, tears, water damage, loose pages, bad odors, etc. This would look nice sitting in most any library, and would make a great gift, or a nice addition to your collection.
