Description: DESCRIPTION/CONDITIONFrom the 1960's era is a glass ball Christmas ornament that was sold by Woodward &Lothrop (Woodies) a now defunct department store chain based out of Washington D.C.This ornament is a large frosted glass ball with what appears to be Georgetown row house style neighborhood Christmas scene with it all sketched out in black paint, but with pops of green and red for the decorations. In front of one of the homes is a Woodies delivery truck. The scene nearly circles around the entire ornament. It has a study aluminum ornament cap but no hook will be included. Overall the height is approximately 4" Total. It's a great piece for anyone from the D.C. area, that collects vintage advertisement or enjoyed shopping at Woodward & Lothrop. Good Pre-Owned Vintage Condition: Some of the frosted glaze is scratched or worn off in some areas, some scratches and scuffs and paint loss from age. No breaks/cracks/chips, ornament cap is attached but no hanger is included. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description and can best describe the condition.
