Description: 1960 Fleer Baseball Greats #72 Ted Williams SGC 5 EX • The Splendid Splinter. The Greatest - Ted Williams. Collected this card when I was a kid, time to sell. I have just gotten it back from being graded, mounted in SGC's beautiful Tuxedo mount. Nice. The front is beautiful. Sharp corners, clean surface, good colors. A very nice looking card which would be a nice addition to your collection. I am kinda frustrated though, I was expecting an 8 or at least a 7. I guess I didn’t look at the back closely enough. It has a stain right in the middle. Not bad, but it is there. It must have been the card on the bottom by the gum. Did that cost me 2 grades? Dunno. Thanks for looking.
