We wouldn’t know how to tell if a coin has been cleaned or not. A good honest coin dealer will tell you most all coins have been cleaned at some point, they sell cleaned coins, and buy cleaned coins.9. PAYMENT: Payment is expected within 48 hours from the end of the auction. Combined shipping is only offered during the 48-hour payment period.
