Description: - Beautiful Blenko Hand-Blown Urn Vase in Juniper.- Made in Milton, West Virginia.- Measures about 6 3/4" tall, and 6 3/4" wide in diameter.- This vase is a very old Blenko model. In Blenko's first released catalog in 1953, this vase was not showcased but introduced alongside another bigger vase. It is referred to as an urn vase. The bigger showcased model #428-L measured 10" tall and the smaller version not shown is #428-S which is about 7" tall.- I believe this vase is in the color Juniper which was only made in 1957. I think it's very possible that this vase was introduced in their first catalog, but made for a few years after before it was discontinued.- Hand-blown glass. Please note imperfections such as streaky texture and bubbles.- Great Condition: No chips or cracks.
