These packs were manufactured by a third party (Not Topps) with excess Topps cards sometime 40 - 50 years ago in the 1960's timeframe. Only excess cards from 1952 - 1962 were sold by Topps to the third party who then repacked them for Christmas presents/stocking stuffers. The third party company took all leftover cards from Topps including High #'s, Stars, Rookie cards and Commons. Original Christmas Rack packs have three snowflakes in the center of the Christmas wreath with candy cane borders on the extreme East and West edges of the pack. Any deviations from this should raise red flags on the legitimacy of the rack packs. What's in the packs?The packs can include just about any Topps cards made from 1952 to 1962. Each pack contains 12 cards. Six cards showing and six cards hidden in the middle. The six cards in the middle may be commons or they may be star cards or high numbers. They may have issues such as Off Center, Mis-Cut, Stain, Print or other Marks, Scuffing, etc. or they may be near perfect cards.
