The Drum Has An Outside Diameter Of 12-11/16 Inches.And The Inside Is 10-15/16 Inches. The Liner Surface Is Smooth.There Are No Grooves.There Is Some Very Lite Surface Rust On The Inside.These Are Being Sold As Is. Please Take A Look.
