Description: 1954 Bowman #65 Mickey Mantle PSA 0 Auth New York Yankees (3096) This card is a full size card and it is not trimmed. The alteration comes from a number of years ago some elicit people figured out that they could buy an off-center card that was very sharp. Then they used what was called a "power eraser". They would erase the color on the card in a line down to where the border was equal on both sides of the card. Then they would somehow add gloss to the card so that the surface look normal. It is a very nice looking card that has some major modifications done to it. Take a look at another 1954 Bowman ​Mickey Mantle and compare the borders in total distance on both sides of the card and you will see how much has actually been altered.
