Description: "HIGHWAY PIONEER" SERIES TOY CARS LOT - 1952 Gowland & Gowland. The "Highway Pioneer" series was put out by Revell (the model kit company) based on designs by Gowland Bros. (a British toy company). These attractive plastic toy cars are hand painted with cartoon-like drivers. We are offering two different - "1914 Stutz Bearcat" (4.75" x 2") and "1910 Studebaker Electric" (3" x 2.5"). They are both still very displayable, but could possibly be missing some small parts. Wheels still roll well on these early Revell toys and both have nice eye appeal. Condition is considered FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. 1910 Studebaker's left front wheel fender is chipped (approx. 1/4") with right fender partially loose on front. Studebaker's left lantern (by windshield) missing. There are two small factory-made holes on left side of 1914 Bearcat by driver's feet (possibly an area for a missing piece). Overall, despite defects, we consider these still very displayable examples by most standards (see photos). YOU ARE BUYING BOTH FOR ONE MONEY.
