General Mohammed Naguib who established himself as virtual dictator of Egypt last week following the forced resignation of Premier Aly Maher, is shown with his new cabinet at Abdin Palace following constitutional oath taking ceremonies. The Egyptian "strong man" is the only army man in the new cabinet. In the course of a nine-hour meeting that ended early this morning, Naguib's newly formed cabinet passed a land reform bill and a bill for reorganization of the political parties.
