Description: This 1952 F.E. Olds Studio Trumpet is a rare gem for any brass instrument collector. Crafted with precision from high-quality materials, this trumpet boasts a stunning brass/silver finish. It comes with a restored case, Symphonic Straight mute from Humes & Berg, two mouth pieces (Olds and Giardinelli 7C,) music holder, cleaning accessories, one extra set of valve springs and KORG Chromatic TM-40 electronic Metronome, making it a complete package for any musician. The trumpet features three valves, a water key, finger hook, and valve slide trigger, ensuring ease of playability. The bell diameter is 4.75", and the instrument is made in the United States. Whether you're a seasoned player or a collector, this trumpet is a must-have for anyone who appreciates the beauty and precision of vintage brass instruments. When I got this the case had broken glue joints and was not in good condition (see pictures.) I took it apart, repaired broken glue joints and then recovered the case similar to original. The trim is all hand stitched and the interior is velvet lined. The last 4 photos show the original condition of the case. I also have a collapsible music stand and one book of trumpet music that I will include. I will pack this well and insure it for the amount of the bid. Thanks for looking.
