Description: 1950's Vintage 33 1/2 RPM Metal Record Case This belonged to my grandparents in the early 1950's. The turquoise and gray metal case is in excellent vintage condition with no dents and very minor scratches. (Please see photos.) There is a manila paper index system with dividers numbering 1 through 36. It has black plastic bumper feet on each of the four corners of the bottom. (Please see photos.) The clear lucite/plastic handle has no cracks or chips and is firmly attached with brass hardware. (Please see photos.) The brass hinges are in good shape and firmly attached. (Please see photos.) The brass snap-locking closure has some wear but closes easily and firmly. (Please see photos.) The locking closure says "The Ace Metal Co. Chicago, ILL" The gold painted interior is in good condition and there is a felt strip across the interior bottom (which I assume is original) to protect the records from the metal bottom. (Please see photos.) Please message with any questions or if more photos are required. Some international shipping. Will combine on shipping so please see other records I have listed. Will be carefully packed in a sturdy box with plenty of bubble-wrap for safe shipping. Be sure to choose either Priority or Ground Advantage or UPS.
