Description: This absolutely regal silk dress is very 'Roman Holiday' with a great style. Meant for a very slender built, this dress is fully lined in lightweight cotton, and has one gathered shoulder strap referencing Roman togas, with gathers on the front bodice and very full skirting in the 'new look' style. Pure white silk with a coin dot pattern in sunny yellow, what a gorgeous dress for an elegant summer evening out! I believe the back zipper was replaced since this dress is definitely from the 1950s yet the zipper is not metal. As you can see, the zipper would not go all the way to the top of the bodice due to the very narrow torso measurement, but it is fully fuctional! Measures 30 bust and 22 waist, with open hip measurement.
