Description: 1950's Martha Chase Boy and Girl Doll. Great pair of 16" tall dolls in near mint
condition with no blemishes. In the pics the girl has a spot on her forehead, it
was an extra spot of paint not wear, I removed it after the pics. They are near
mint from the 50's or 60's with original clothes.

Martha Chase, who was married to a doctor, created dolls with a white cotton
cloth body and a head without a wig to make them easily cleanable. Some of her
special child dolls were used in hospitals to train nurses. Her company carried
on until 1970.
