They are secured with light brown seed beads. Made in Austria. Matching hat pin. Tag size 22. The inner circumference is approximately 20-20.5”. Meant to seat more on the wearer’s crown. Many vintage hats don’t fit my head. This one does so it’s a decent size for the modern noggin. Condition: Excellent with no issues to note. No returns are accepted
