I do not use stock photos or photos of other people’s items.This is a souvenir medal from the Chase National Bank Moneys of the World Museum which opened in 1928 with the collection of Farran Zerbe who served as the museum's director until 1939. The bank merged with The Manhattan Company (Bank) in 1955, changing the name to the Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1956 the newly named Chase Manhattan Moneys of the World Museum moved to the ground floor of The Rockefeller Center. The Museum closed in 1977 with the bulk of the collection going to National Numismatic Collection at the Smithsonian Institution. THIS souvenir dates from the "Chase National" days prior to 1956. I see one offered on eBay for $96. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age. If Free Shipping is offered it will be by the cheapest method possible, for books that will be Media Mail.
