This Large unused/unpunched Baseball Lottery/Game (?) Piece looks to date to about 1948-1950. It has Gold Glitter applied to the surface of most of the details and design of the entire piece, very attractive. 6 Star Players in middle are... Tetsuharu Kawakami 川上 哲治is in the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame Kawakami was a player from 1938-1958 He was a professional player for 18 years, winning 5 batting titles, 2 home run crowns, 3 RBI titles and had 6 titles for the most hits in a season. He was the first player in Japanese pro baseball to achieve 2,000 hits and was named the league's MVP 3 times As Manager of the Yomiuri Giants from 1961 to 1974, he led the Giants to nine consecutive championships. Hiroshi Oshita 大下 弘is in the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame Ohshita/Oshita was a Professional player from 1945-1959 early Home Run King Taiwan born Ohshita began his Pro career after World War II. Known for his trademark blue bat, he hit a record 20 home runs in a season and was home run king and leading hitter three times for the Toei Flyers. Diecut 'Fans' are all unpunched/unused. bright colors, hand applied Gold Glitter in the design throughout the piece. tiny white spots in image is the glitter reflecting light (the gray-green looking glitter lines and spots are very bright in person, but doesn't show well in these pictures) age stains nicks, etc. along edges, and slight scuffing 2 pinholes in bottom corners through the handle of the trophy cups (easier seen on back) Very Large at roughly 10-3/4" by 15-1/4" in size Would look Great Framed!
