The front and back covers show visible tear and wear with paper loss to the lower right corner of the front cover as well as paper tear and crease wear to the back cover (see scans 13 and 14). The cover lamination is peeling in certain areas. However, the interior pages are in very good + / excellent condition; clean of any creases or paper tears.
