Description: This vintage law book is from 1940. It is copyright 1935, but the revised Edition was copyright 1939. This is the second printing of the revised edition. This was used by a woman named Helen in 1943. Her name is written in the front cover. She also has notations throughout the book and underlining. Sometimes you put the dates that things were due. I think her notes and her notations and underlining are an interesting part of the history of this book. Other than the underlining and handwritten notes, the pages are in good condition except for some yellowing due to age. The cover has some fading and bleached looking spotting. The spine also has fading and spotting. The back cover has a stain. The edges of the book have some wear, more in the bottom than the top. The front bottom corner is slightly bent.
