Description: 1940’s Bloch’s Felt Hat With Strap Dk. Brown Veil, Flowers – Great! Great condition. Has a wide strap. Little cap underneath (4-1/2” dia.) with attached 14” strap. Has elastic at ends. Veil has emerald green fuzzy flowers. The veil does have some holes but don’t detract. Fake flowers cluster.
