They are in mint condition, never installed and in the original Ford boxes. If you need undersize rod bearings you might consider getting your crank journals welded and ground back to std. More cr/s grinding shops are offering this service and it might be cost effective since undersize rod bearings are just about extinct, and if you are lucky enough to find a set you will probably pay big money for them.
