Description: This Christmas greeting card dates to Christmas 1940. It is from someone connected to the 76th Searchlight Regiment of the Royal Artillery which defended RAF Airfields and towns and cities in Southern England. The card has a written greeting on the inside. It has the insignia of the Royal Artillery on the front. The publisher is G. Delgado Ltd. The card measures 13.6cm x 11cm and opens out to double the width. No envelope. Nice piece of WWII memorabilia. The card is in a very good minus condition. General edge, fold end and corner rubs, light bends and creases at top corners, tiny creases at bottom corners, rubbing and some light brown spotting and light grubbiness along fold, some small, light creases across fold, tiny crease at bottom of spine, light browning, light brown spotting and the odd very small and tiny mark to front panel, small bump at bottom rear edge, some light red marks, light grubbiness and browning and the odd small light brown mark to rear panel, small ink mark at bottom right hand corner of inner sheet, some very small and tiny marks to inside of card, the odd tiny bump to edges.
