Description: 1936 Hiawatha's wedding journey Loose-Wiles Sunshine vintage metal octagon tin. This octagon tin is from the 1930's measuring 9 1/2" across and 3 1/4" high. The front is a depiction of Hiawatha's wedding journey. Around each of the 8 sides there is asmall scene and words that tell the story of the journey. There is a traditional American Indian pattern around the outer edge of the tin top and edge of the bottom. Between each scene on the side, there are small pictures of arrows and pipes. The bottom of the tin reads: "Loose-Wiles BiscuitCompany - Bakers of Sunshine biscuits - Address: New York, N.Y. Made in the U.S.A.". It is in overall good condition with some minor scratchres. The inside still has its original shine.
