Description: Original Popeye Walking Parrots Bird Cages with original box. This does work when wound up, glides easily as he swings his arms holding the bird cages. Needs to be cleaned as it’s been in storage for over 40 years. Litho is nice, has play/ normal age wear as seen in photos. Has not been retouched. Measures approx: 8.25” in height.
