Description: Feminine 1930s style vintage 90s dress made by the brand Tess in the USA. The dress is a size 6, but please see measurements below to ensure an accurate fit. The fabric is 100% rayon and dry clean only. A gorgeous soft navy blue base with large white and taupe flowers. 3 buttons down the front act as the closure and meet at an elastic waist for a comfortable fit. The dress does have belt loops but does not have the original belt. It is shown here with one as an example of how it could be worn.
