Overall, the book is in good condition - gently used. There are some white spots on the outside cover along with wear and bends. The binding is good. Pages are discolored, which is typical for its age. There is a very small tear on a couple of pages at the bottom next to the binding. Approx size 8.5" x 5.75". The Vintage Singer Electric Sewing Machine 15-91 Instruction Manual Book 1941 Prop also has a couple of white spots on the cover and wear around the binding.
