Certifies the Naturalization of a German national described as "fair" with blue eyes. The form has a section x'd out with a typewriter which would have naturalized the lady as the spouse of a naturalized citizen. As such it has historic significance as it comes on the cusp of the enactment of the highly restrictive immigration statutes in 1924, which were not substantially altered until the 1960s and beyond.
