Description: You’re not going to see to many of these. Schieble was located in Dayton Ohio in the med twenties. Not many of their toys have survived manly because the metal was thinner and not very much paint was applied. Most toy were dipped Schieble sprayed the exterior and very little paint got on the underside. As you can see the underside has hardly any paint but fortunately this toy was not left outside and there isn’t any rust. This is by far the most original and in the best condition Schieble that I have found. The patina is just perfect for this 100 year old toy. Even though the rubber on the wheels is cracked and worn you still can make out the manufacturer and where it was made. Yes it still has the rubber on the wheels!!! It’s a big toy at 6 ½ “ hig and 18” long. Because the rubber is still on the wheels the hill climb kind of works as long as you hold it of off the floor. but it's not going to climb any hills or even run under its own power. This is not a Chinese reproduction!
