Description: 1921 Zeenut (PCL) -PETE COMPTON (Sacramento Senators) Federal Leagues, Browns. Nice card but there is a pretty unobtrusive small pinhole at top center but otherwise a great looking card, which is sometimes tough with Zeenut cards. The Zeenut series of cards was produced every year by the Collins Candy Co from 1911 to 1938, each set contained somewhere between 48 to nearly 200 cards and includes many players that were both future or former Major League players. The 1921 is a fairly simple and nondescript set that is simply a sepia colored player image with the background being removed. Tougher set than it gets credit for. Please see scans for condition.
