Description: This is "NOTICE OF PLACER LOCATION" printed by the W. F. Robinson Printing Co. of Denver, Colorado. There is a small "9-19" in the upper right corner, which probably indicates it was printed in Sept. 1919. This would have been used to post on-site of a placer mining claim to (hopefully) keep claim jumpers away. Measures approx. 8.5" x 9" (back side is blank). I have 4 of these available, two have the 9-19 code, two do not. Unused and in good shape, paper is brown-toned but hard to say for sure if that's from age, or the way it was originally - see scan.
