The map has some interesting details regarding early automobile routes, national highways and other details, long before interstates and even before Route 66, which opened later in 1926, although it basically followed and improved upon the route shown in red on this map from St. Louis to Springfield, which was made up of local and national roads. Great for the classic car enthusiast! Size: The overall page measures approximately 10 1/2 by 15Condition: The map is in Good condition with strong color on a bright page. There is a short tear with a bend in the bottom left corner with an archival repair on reverse. Otherwise it is very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
