Jones) SUPERIOR ARIZ." once located in historic mining town of SUPERIOR, ARIZONA This is the very rare "outer ring" of bi-metallic drug store listed in latest Arizona token catalog as catalog SUP-785c.....so the aluminum center is missing...but all the important info to identify token is on the outer brass...i do know people who literally find a little aluminum inner planchet to fill center.....but this is genuine, and very rare to find, and often the center falls out or corrodes, leaving the outer ringAs bizarre as it sounds, many years ago I had for sale an outer ring of a very rare Goldfield Nevada bi-metal token, and i sold it to a treasure hunter who i thought was going to jump out of his skin.... this person actually found the "inner" segment of the bi-metallic token, and completed this rare $1500 token...and it fit right in...so consider a decent filler until a perfect one is found....or go find a mid sectionTHE HISTORIC MINING CAMP TOWN OF SUPERIOR IS LOCATED IN PINAL COUNTY, NOT FAR FROM QUEEN VALLEY, RAY GHOST TOWN & MIAMI ARIZONA Trade token was bi-metal, and this is the outer ring, round, about 28mm in size, and it displays nicely.
