Only for reference, unless you buy the entire lot. -1914 was the first year of WWI. The USA had not gotten into the conflict yet, but France was an ally. The Ambulance Corps (Also referred to as the Norton-Harjes Ambulance Corps after its founders/philanthropists) was a volunteer organization that helped transport the wounded to hospitals and field stations to receive wound care. -I have (42) slides total to sell. These came in an Original Slides box. I am selling these in lots of (2). A total of (21) lots. Some slides are better than others. Some slides feature cooler views. If you buy all of them I can send the original box with them. Please make an offer. These seem to be unpublished, but please look for yourself. -This collection includes views of ambulances, soldiers, maps, French countryside, civilians, aircraft, etc. -Don’t miss out on your chance to own some WWI history in original glass slides photos. -Please use the many pictures provided for condition.
