Description: These maps are from a Plat Book of Preble County Ohio Compiled from County Records and Actual Surveys published by the Northwest Publishing Company Des Moines Iowa 1912. This is a double-page on a single sheet of paper from the atlas. On the double-page side is the larger map covering the north part of the city of Eaton County seat of Preble County Ohio including the third award and the fourth Ward. The double-page map measures 29½" x 18¾". On the back two pages we have individual maps of small towns and cities. These each measure 14¾" x 18¾". This is a very beautifully detailed engraving with nice colors. Map is in very good condition. This map would present wonderfully in a nice frame.
