Previous owners name on the first endpaper. Binding is tight. Front and rear hinges are good. No handwriting on the text pages. No loose pages. Very small tear to the bottom of page 422. Shelf wear to the cover with rubbing to the top and bottom of the spine and four corners. Small bump to the top edge on the back cover. On the back outer hinge there are two very small holes as if punctured by a small nail. The holes go all the way through the cover and into the last 6 pages. May have occurred during the binding process. Slight soiling to the top edge papers. Pages are age toned with scattered foxing. Overall a very nice copy. Please view the photos for more on condition.
